Creating a Championship Culture with Sustained Success

1. To create a culture that creates a passion for the game of softball. Have FUN!

2. To develop, encourage and stress, in all players, the importance of Academics, Faith, Character and of course knowledge of the game of softball.

3. Teach players to have a positive attitude towards self and others.

4. Teach players to play aggressively without fear of failure.

5. Teach player to respect the game, those involved with the game (players, umpires, coaches, opponents, ect.) and parents.

6. Help players make their MS/HS teams and those that want to play college, help them through the recruiting process.
