Brett has coached travel ball at every level from 8u to 18u. 

He has given lessons to many players that went on to play college softball.

He also has helped over 30 players reach their goal of playing college softball through his 18u College Exposure teams in his Team Tennessee Organization.

Marty started the program at NCAA Division II program Armstrong Atlantic while serving as an assistant pitching coach for 19 years at both the University of Tennessee and Georgia Tech University.

In his time at Tennessee, he coached 34 NFCA All-Americans, 60 NFCA All-Region selections, and 70 All-SEC or all-freshman selections, including Monica Abbott and Ashley Rogers.

Played two collegiate sports at The University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) and UCLA. Driven by the science behind hitting, it has been my passion to teach how to dramatically increase power without sacrificing swing quality. I have spent the last several years cultivating my passionate curiosity to help young players to dramatically improve their performance through the science of human movement.
